Leisure Management Services (LMS) was created in 1995 to become a provider of quality and innovative programs and services within the recreational industry.
LMS currently manage a number of leisure facilities within Melbourne on behalf of their respective Councils. Since 1999, LMS also became involved in the provision of a software package that had been designed specifically to improve the management and recording of information within leisure facilities known as SportsMan Plus.
LMS is the leading provider of Leisure Management software, offering two management packages, our flagship package Links Modular Solutions (Links), and our entry level package Sportsman Plus.
Our supreme software product portfolio covers all aspects of facility, club and aquatic education management, including membership administration, point of sale (POS), class scheduling, facility bookings, direct debiting, access control, sales and marketing.
LMS are pro-active and serious about support to their worldwide client base, providing the most prompt and comprehensive support available and have the ability to connect and rectify any database issue utilising the world wide web. In addition, all clients receive complete user manuals and on-line help.
The support staff at LMS originates from a broad background encompassing both IT and Leisure Industry experience. Whilst the program embraces a comprehensive 'Help' menu, clients can be secure in the knowledge that support is available between the hours of 7.00am to 8.00pm on weekdays, and 8.00am to 6.00pm on Saturday. Messages can be left on our message bank on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Training is also conducted on the initial provision of our software packages to help your key users understand and configure the program to meet the needs of your business.
