Queenax: Welcome to the world of endless possibilities.
New to Australia, Queenax is optimising functional training. Queenax is designed to meet the need for space inside of clubs and gyms: the walls, the ceiling, the floor and the space in between all become tools to help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
Queenax is modular, universal and adaptive. The Queenax system can be adapted to meet the exact space available and specific requirements of your club. Does your gym have limited floor space, but high ceilings? The Bridge can be built upwards, with a mezzanine level. Want to offer outdoor training to your clients, to make the most of all possible spaces at your disposal? All the Queenax equipment can be treated for outdoor use.
Queenax is available in two basic structures:
The Bridge
The Bridge is the solution that best utilises the space available and has a zero footprint. The Bridge enables every option of functional training, for both individual training and group classes.
The Cross+
The Cross+ is the best option for personal training or small group sessions, with one, three, four or eight special training stations. Use this frame for functional and suspension circuits. Integrated attachments and storage modules complete the system. Attach the Cross+ on the end of a Bridge if you want the best of both worlds!

Superfunctional Bar
This adaptive tool takes suspension training to another level. The bar weighs 5lbs and is ideal as a stand alone tool for postural warm ups and spinal alignment. The straps that hang down at each work station are adjustable for every conceivable clients ability or height, and exercises can be carried out at ground or ceiling level. The straps on their own are ideal for Pilates, strength, balance, or gymnastics style movements, but by adding the superfunctional trapeze bar to the straps you can hang, swing, play, step from bar to bar, suspend, and work in any plane of movement. Superfunctional is kind to the trainer also, as it is quick to setup, and is stored on the racks by the side of the frame, allowing you to re-use the space for many other options.
AntiGravity Yoga
Unlike any other form of Yoga, being able to suspend yourself from the frame in a hammock style sling, enables greater postural alignment, while reducing gravity and or increasing the effects of gravity for greater musculo-skeletal benefits. The feeling of weightlessness and the ability to develop movement with grace is a contributing factor towards the global rise in popularity for AntiGravity Yoga. Founded by Christopher Harrison, who also co-founded Cirque De Soleil, AntiGravity Yoga converts include Pink, Maria Carey, Fergie, Sting and Richard Branson. Gwyneth Paltrow endorsed Anti Gravity as the secret to her health and fitness when preparing for the blockbuster movie Ironman.
Obstacle Course
As a multi use space, Queenax can be used to set up multiple challenges off the floor, at height and/or at ground level to include suspended cargo nets, or use the superfunctional bars to step across. Add ropes that are suspended from the pull up bars, or simply race across up to 6 identical but separate monkey bar lanes and you have a unique space unlike any other in Australia and New Zealand. Our kids classes play pirates and bring back the fun of playing and swinging in a safe and controlled environment, by teaching the skills that are required for such activities.
Pole Fitness
As all of our Apps are quick and easy to setup, adding pole fitness to your class schedule brings a seriously different angle to the words functional training. This is fast becoming a more mainstream training option and forward thinking facilities are now able to take advantage of the Italian engineering to include yet another amazing alternative for optimal training. Fun, challenging, for all age groups, male and female, the same physical attributes required to hold or suspend your bodyweight are given a twist by the inclusion of pole fitness as just one of so many unique tools.
Suspension Training
Queenax are proud to be partnered by Crankit Fitness who are the leading education provider for suspension training in Australia. Our unique ability to have multiple groups or individuals working in the same area while using suspension training, also includes the ability to include suspension training as part of a small or large group circuit based program.
