Services and Facilities

Personal training: Personal training allows you to get the results you want quickly and effectively. Our trainers are all fully qualified to help you achieve your goals whether you want to lose weight, tone up, increase muscle mass or just to feel stronger. Whether you are just getting started or have being in a gym for years a personal trainer will help keep you motivated, educated and training hard. It can be done one on one or in groups.

Group Exercise: A wide range of classes are available at various times of the day. All classes are included in all memberships with the club. Classes include RPM, Yoga, Zumba BodyPump, Seniors classes, kickboxing, BJJ, Circuit classes, Pilates, Run group, DVA, Lifting Platforms, Functional training and more. Bookings are recommended.

Cardio Theatre: If you have occasionally get bored doing your cardio, why not watch TV while you train! Enjoy the additional benefit of having your own TV on your cardio machine so you can tune into the station you want!

Personalised Programs: All your programs are included in your membership. A Trainer will write you a personalised program when you start and you can get it updated as you go for free!

Change Rooms: Members can enjoy additional benefits of Lockers to keep your valuables, ironing boards and hair dryers. And of course clean change rooms!
