FAQ's How do I get started?
Easy, just enrol in the TryBoxing Intro Special or one of our other start up specials.
Is it good for fitness?
It's the best!! You'll work the three Ss of fitness - strength, suppleness and stamina - so you'll get a balanced and empowering workout.
Will I lose weight?
Boxing-Fitness workouts burn more calories than just about any other workout.
What about toning up?
The classes have a special toning section for the last 5 minutes of class where we focus on all those problem areas. Ablitz to trim and shape the abdominals, Kicktone, which tones the legs.
I'm not very fit. Will I be able to keep up?
The classes are for all levels. It's a good idea to get a medical check up before starting this or any other fitness program.
Will anybody punch or kick me?
The classes don't have any sparring - we're there to get fit, not hit!
What do I wear?
Normal gym gear, shorts, tights, tracksuits or anything you like. It's not a flashy gym, so you don't need to dress up!
Do I need to bring anything?
All equipment is supplied, and you get your own gloves to keep when you do the TryBoxing Intro. It's a good idea to bring a towel and drink bottle.
