Services
The PowerNouse studio is a haven for you to find your inner strength through use of the Pilates Method. Our sessions have been developed with the latest Pilates equipment, as well as a variety of other apparatus used in sports therapies. The studio is a spacious air conditioned studio with separate areas for group classes, studio area, rehab centre, naturopathy, massage & beauty therapies and creche.

There are varying level of classes to cater for the beginner through to the advanced client.

Personal Sessions
The Pilates Studio sessions involve a more individual approach to Pilates, using many specialised pieces of equipment which have springs to create varying resistance
- Private (1:1) one-on-one session with an instructor
- Semi-Private - (3:1) 3 people per instructor
Studio Circuit Class
This class is a fun, fast-moving workout utilizing all the studio equipment in a circuit, with no more than 6 clients. It is open to intermediate and advanced level studio clients who have completed at least 30 studio sessions and have no major injuries. Talk to staff to see if you qualify.
Rehab Centre
PowerNouse Pilates now offers a dedicated Rehabilitation Centre providing injury management and treatment. Our staff of health providers including physiotherapists and osteopaths, are university educated and members of industry associations. We aim to provide you with excellent care to the highest professional standard.
Power Plate
