I once had a client who asked, "When I eat too many calories, how do they know to go straight to my thighs? Do they have some kind of homing device or what?" I suppose that's one way to look at it since our genes usually determine where we
store excess fat.
But, a more important point is that, if we didn't eat too many calories, we wouldn't have any extra calories to store. We have no problem eating those calories, but getting rid of them is a whole other problem.

Get
Active Sydney will be held at The Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park on Sunday 18th November between 10am and 3pm.
Presented by Fitness First and MBF, Get Active Sydney is a FREE sports expo aimed at getting kids and adults "active". Over 40 sports and activities including rock climbing, basketball, soccer, AFL, netball, soccer, rugby union and trapeze will be
available for kids and adults to try for FREE. Kids who participate in five sports / activities will receive a commemorative Get Active gold medal.
On centre stage there will be performances from Active Kidz, dance schools, group fitness displays plus celebrity challenges featuring AFL and rugby league players, Olympians and more.
