School With Fitness First |
Adopt
a School is an initiative Fitness First has
introduced into its Australian clubs. Fitness
First Australia has taken major steps to encourage
more children to be more active, more often.
Fitness First will partner with local high
schools and provide students aged 14 and up
with Free access to fitness facilities and
qualified staff to teach the students about
the benefits of regular exercise in a fun
and non-intimidating environment.
By encouraging children to take positive action,
Fitness First will help tackle the growing
obesity issue and help contribute to the future
health of the nation. The Adopt a School program
has been designed to fit the government schools
PDHPE syllabus.
