FBI Swim & Fitness Centre incorporating Central Coast Judo Academy, is a family owned and family run business with true family values. We are not only a Learn To Swim School but also a modern fully equipped Fitness Centre providing opportunity for all fitness levels. We believe that what you are doing should be fun! So we are quite simply putting the fun back into it. We purposely provide and maintain a friendly atmosphere that is both non-trendy & very family friendly, and make positive changes to peoples lives by creating a fun, friendly and comfortable environment with a great social atmosphere! Achieve your health and fitness goals, under the expert supervision of our highly qualified and experienced Trainers.

We specialize in working with de-conditioned beginners and athletes alike who sometimes cannot use the gym facilities at first & commence their training with Hydrotherapy or on Physiotherapy programs & eating plans from our Dietitian.

All our members receive a full assessment and introduction to using the equipment, with personalised programs and regular program updates.

FBI Fitness Based Instruction (Personal Training)
Our style of Personal Training is second to none. Our expert Master Trainers will be at your side to guide you through each of your personalised workouts helping you achieve your goals with results that really last! Child Minding
FBI child minding service provides child care for parents while they work out. Our Child minding facility operates in the mornings, five days a week and provides a fun, interactive environment for your little one.

Learn To Swim School
At FBI we specialize in teaching good swimming technique in all 4 strokes to children aged from birth to 12 years old 6 days a week. Our 10 LEVEL graded system allows pupils to progress gaining certificates at each level. Free Swim Assessments determine the commencing level. FBI SWIM SCHOOL is accredited by Swim Australia & Austswim (NSW) with a team of talented friendly and motivational Instructors.

Central Coast Judo Academy
Under professionally guidance learn traditional and sports style grappling and self-defence. With experienced and expert instruction beginners and regulars learn vital skills for life. From discipline and respect, how to fall safely through to competitive techniques and training pathways participants can realize the benefits of increased strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, balance, agility and confidence.
