We specialize in working with de-conditioned beginners and athletes alike who sometimes cannot use the gym facilities at first & commence their training with Hydrotherapy or on Physiotherapy programs & eating plans from our Dietitian. All our members receive a full assessment and introduction to using the equipment, with personalised programs and regular program updates. Child Minding FBI child minding service provides child care for parents while they work out. Our Child minding facility operates in the mornings, five days a week and provides a fun, interactive environment for your little one. Learn To Swim School At FBI we specialize in teaching good swimming technique in all 4 strokes to children aged from birth to 12 years old 6 days a week. Our 10 LEVEL graded system allows pupils to progress gaining certificates at each level. Free Swim Assessments determine the commencing level. FBI SWIM SCHOOL is accredited by Swim Australia & Austswim (NSW) with a team of talented friendly and motivational Instructors. Central Coast Judo Academy Under professionally guidance learn traditional and sports style grappling and self-defence. With experienced and expert instruction beginners and regulars learn vital skills for life. From discipline and respect, how to fall safely through to competitive techniques and training pathways participants can realize the benefits of increased strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, balance, agility and confidence.
