Business DescriptionVital Lifestyle Experience is the name of our Personal Training company. Our state of the art commercial quality boutique studio is based in Rozelle, Sydney and is fitted out with the latest and most effective exercise equipment, is fully air-conditioned and has male & female toilets/showers, and change rooms.
There we offer individual and partner/buddy sessions as well as the ever popular small group personal training option where you will train in a friendly, professional environment with up to five other individuals. We are well known for our professional and friendly approach to helping you achieve your health and wellbeing goals, as well as our unique, interesting training equipment and methods such as Kettlebell Training, Olympic Weightlifting and Fat Burning Circuit sessions.
We are Fully Insured and Nationally accredited in Cert III/IV Personal Training, Bootcamp & Group Training, Kettlebell Training, Olympic Weightlifting, Strength & Conditioning and Martial Arts coaching.
Whether you train with us as a one-on-one, partner/buddy or small group client, all programs are individualised and tailored to your specific needs and goals. We will typically train you in our successful circuit style methods where we keep you working hard, back and forth between different, fun and interesting exercises. Some exercises you may experience in your sessions include high intensity boxing and kicking combinations, resistance exercises using body weight/resistance bands/weights, advanced Olympic Weightlifting techniques and Kettlebell exercises, abdominal strengthening and core stabilising exercises and flexibility and stretching exercises.
