Fernwood Womens Health Club in Gungahlin offers women of all ages, shapes and sizes the chance to exercise their mind and body in a friendly and motivational environment, with a huge range of fitness classes and a huge range of weights equipment specially designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
