No Hidden Extras - your membership includes Group Fitness Plus fitness runs a huge variety of Fitness Classes including the world leading Les Mills Programs such as Pump, Balance, Attack, Step & Combat as well as classes that include Aqua Fitness, Self Defence, Kids Fitness, Seniors Classes, Pole Dancing, Cardio Salsa, Fit Boxing and many more. Please check individual clubs for classes and times. Classes provide a fun and social atmosphere while delivering excellent results. They are suitable for any fitness level so please talk to our staff who will recommend a class that is suitable for you. Fitness 4 Kidz We've got the kids covered with a massive range of classes & activities for kids. This includes our FREE Child Minding & kids activities as well as Junior Gym memberships, Fitness Clsses, Dance lessons & Martial Arts. Our aim is to get kids active & put the fun into exercise. Older Adults Plus Fitness offers arrange of low impact classes for seniors. These classes are designed to introduce all the benefits of regular exercise to the people who need it the most. Personal Training Personal Training is an important part of our exercise planning. Up to 80% of people drop out in the first 8 weeks. Personal Training will stop this. We recommend Personal training to all new members for the first 10 weeks to help form the habit of exercise & achieve fast results. Boot Camp Join us for 6 Weeks of clean dirty fun with our popular military style back to basics outdoor exercise program. Boot Camp is guaranteed to get you fast results. | ||
