| Business DescriptionKincumber Gym is a family owned and operated fitness centre which caters for all levels of fitness. Our Mission is to make a positive change in peoples lives by creating a fun, friendly and comfortable environment where not only the staff, but the members make you feel welcome. A place where you can achieve your health and fitness goals, under the expert supervision of our qualified instructors. To make your introduction to the gym easy, all our members receive a full induction to the gym, with an individualised program based on your goals, with regular program updates. Gymnasium Kincumber Gym has both a great cardio area and fully equipped weights room. There is a range of both free weights, plate loaded hammer strength and pin-loaded machines, and with 40 pieces of cardio equipment, there is always plenty of equipment available for everyone. Group Exercise Classes Kincumber Gym provides a large variety of group exercise classes during the week as well as on weekends. Classes available include Les Mills BodyPump, Kincumber Blitz (circuit training), Boxing Fit, TBT (Tummy Butt & Thighs), Pilates, YogaFit, Active Over 50�s and SPINCycle. Classes are suitable for both beginners and the more advanced exercisers. RBT � Results Based Training (Personal Training) If you are new to working out in a gym, need a little bit of extra motivation, or after quick results, RBT is for you. You will achieve faster and improved results with your one-on-one sessions with your personal trainer as they will consider all the elements that make for a healthier body and mind, such as strength training, cardiovascular training, nutrition, energy and flexibility. Our personal trainers are matched to our clients needs and are there to offer you that extra support, guidance and encouragement. Child Minding Kincumber Gym child minding service provides child care for parents while they work out. Child minding facility operates in the mornings, six days a week and provides a fun, interactive environment for your little one.
