We train Outdoors at Citizens Park, (corner of Church and Highett Street Richmond). There is ample parking on the north and east ends of the oval.
We also train indoors at the rear of 326 Church Street Richmond (access via The Vaucluse) with free parking in the grounds of the St Ignatius Church.
Sunrise Shape Shifters, will run a "pre season" group training session from week begining Monday 7th January to Friday 1st Feb. Times and Dates to be confirmed and based on demand. Enquiries contact Linda 0408 374 435
Term One: Sunrise Shape Shifters (7 week program). Begins Tuesday 5th Febuary Concludes Thursday 20th March Sessions held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6am.
