The Group Fitness Studio with sprung floor caters for a wide variety of Group Fitness classes including BODYPUMP, Yoga and Pilates. Members can also spin out in the unique Cosmic Cycle studio where they can cycle to the pulse of popular dance music, in a darkened room with special effect ultraviolet lighting.
