Each Fitness First gym offers qualified Personal Trainers who can maximise your training regime and help you reach your goals as well as Boot Camp courses to help you reach and maintain peak fitness levels. The Group Fitness Studio with sprung floor caters for a wide variety of Group Fitness classes including BODYPUMP, Yoga and Pilates. Members can also spin out in the unique Cosmic Cycle studio where they can cycle to the pulse of popular dance music, in a darkened room with special effect ultraviolet lighting. The Fitness First Gym Deakin gym also features a Beginner's Training Area with workout machines specially designed for "first timers" of any age.
