Business Description
Waves Fitness & Aquatic Centre offers a variety of facilities, including a 50m heated pool, fully equipped gym, child minding, learn to swim pool, cafe, merchandise shop, & large grassed areas throughout the facility. Whether you want to enjoy a relaxing swim or swim laps, pursue your health & fitness goals, loose weight or train for a specific event, Waves can cater to your individual needs.

Waves Fitness Centre has a fully equipped weights room, well equipped cardio room & an undercover outdoor boxing & circuit area. We offer a variety of group fitness classes including barbell, step, boxing, circuits & aqua, which are suitable for all ages & fitness levels. Classes are held both indoors & out, so that you get a good variety & get to enjoy the fresh air & beautiful surroundings.

As well as our regular membership options, we also offer two unique, specialized programs, exclusive to Waves.

Flab-U-Less Weight Loss Program �including 8 week full membership, weekly one on one consultations, personalised exercise program, dietary & behavioral education, workbook, motivation & support. All of this helps to ensure that not only will you achieve your weight loss goals but also learn the techniques to keep it off !!

Lean Teens � is specifically designed for 9 � 14 year olds. The program introduces teenagers to fitness classes & a gym environment that is fully supervised & suited to their age. Whether they just want to be more active, are looking at trimming down, training for a specific sporting event, want to try something different or just want to meet new friends, Lean Teens is suitable for everyone.
