Cycle express classes incorporate the best of indoor cycling choreography and great music.* Cardio electronic equipment such as the latest treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and rowers are linked into state of the art entertainment systems to keep you motivated. Resistance training equipment and free weights are ergonomically designed to suit women in private, comfortable and luxurious surroundings. Changing room facilities include first class amenities, lockers, solarium, sauna, and massage therapy.* Our "Guaranteed Success" Personal Training program has been developed over many years by leading fitness professionals and is the ultimate in Personal Training programs. * These particular facilities may vary between fitness centres. Kids club Indoor and outdoor* play areas offer infants, toddlers and young children loads of supervised fun in a safe environment.
