Our experienced team of InShape staff will help you to make positive changes in your life to get the results and long term benefits you deserve. Our "feel good" approach encourages members to work consistently towards their health and fitness goals. 6 Star Service Program At InShape Health Club Alexandria, we�ve designed our 6 Star Service Program to service your needs even better. When you first begin your membership, your own exercise specialist will take you through a goal session to make you feel comfortable and assess what it is that you want to achieve, by when and why. Then your trainer will take you through a supervised workout where they�ll show you how to do your exercises safely and comfortably in the club. Your third appointment is for nutrition advice and you�ll discuss your eating habits and be given a couple of tips to ensure your nutrition is in line with your health and fitness goals. Lastly we monitor your progress in 4-5 weeks after starting which involves an evaluation of what your goals were, keeping you on the right track, looking at areas of improvement and giving you a couple of fresh new exercises for variety. Fitness Workout InShape Health Club is the perfect setting to give your heart a regular work out with state of the art equipment. You will enjoy working up a sweat on a variety of equipment including rowing machines, treadmills, recumbent bikes, cross trainers and upright bikes. There are over 50 pieces in total so there is no queue for the equipment and no time limits either! Whether you choose to run on a treadmill, cycle up the mountains, row the rivers or step your way to fitness, the choice is yours. Mother nature's moods won't interfere with your workout either. You can experience anything from traditional exercise to the more holistic approach. BodyAttack: A high intensity workout with simple, athletic movements in an interval training format. With structured work and recovery phases, this class will ensure that you work harder overall for maximum fitness gains. Suitable for intermediate to advanced members. BodyBalance: This is a Yoga influenced pre-choreographed exercise class to improve flexibility, strength, balance, cardiovascular capacity, fat loss and stress reduction. Designed to create harmony between breathing, movement and relaxation. Suitable for all levels. BodyCombat: A martial arts based class combining elements of Tai Chi, Karate and Kickboxing to give you a great overall workout. Co-ordination required is moderate. Cycle: An indoor cycling workout excellent for improving cardiovascular fitness. Guided by the instructor and the music, the session will include slow climbs, short sprints and recovery spins. Boxing: For beginners to advanced. A medium to high intensity boxing workout using boxing equipment. A fun and motivating class for fat burning, fitness and strength training. | ||
