All our trainers have access to fully equipped commercial gyms with state of the art equipment and facilities. Home visits are also available as we consider convenience and saving your time a priority. Remember, you don't have to be a seasoned athlete to enjoy the benefits of a personal trainer. Personal training benefits both the person who has never worked out as well as professional athletes. We cater for all age categories and health levels and we are conscious that there is an ageing population whose health requirements we are able to cater for. Our mature age trainers are willing and able to cater for the mature aged individual. Having a PT can save you a lot of time, frustration and pain in your journey to achieve your health and fitness goals. Working one-on-one with our staff of qualified, professional PT's will provide you with a highly efficient and more productive workout. Nutrition To help you achieve ultimate results, a fully qualified Nutritionist can assess your current dietary intake and provide you with a detailed eating plan to suit your individual needs. We also assess diets for: Your Personal Training Format is broken down into 3 stages:- Stage 1: An initial consultation with one of our Tertiary Trained Personal Trainers to establish your fitness goals and how they can be achieved through efficient and effective training programs. Stage 2: This ongoing training stage lasts 5 weeks under supervision with close monitoring and constant motivation of your progress and results. Stage 3: Your trainer will now measure and present feedback on your progress over the past weeks and establish the next level of training regime best suited for your needs.
