Energize Health Club is a fun and friendly fitness facility that provides tailored programs designed for all needs and levels of experience.
Whether you have been to a fitness centre before or not, you will enjoy our non-intimidating and friendly atmosphere!
Our child minding facilities, the "Mini Muscles Kids Club" is available to all members and visitors to the club. Don't let your kids become an excuse to stop exercising - let them be a reason to start exercising! They'll love the friendly fun staff and all of the jkids activities....and exercise will provide you with more energy to keep up with them!
"Guaranteed Results" is a program unique to Energize Health Club that incorporates One-on-one Training to enable you to reach your goals in the fastest possible time. When it comes to getting results, you can�t go past the knowledge, motivation and experience of our qualified Guaranteed Results Trainers. Let us help you achieve maximum results as soon as possible!
