Group exercise classes (aerobics) are offered as well as Gym, Yoga, Pilates, boxing, circuit training and dance. Our timetables feature the best Les Mills programs and free style classes. Cycle express classes incorporate the best of indoor cycling choreography and great music.*

Cardio electronic equipment such as the latest treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and rowers are linked into state of the art entertainment systems to keep you motivated. Resistance training equipment and free weights are ergonomically designed to suit women in private, comfortable and luxurious surroundings.

Changing room facilities include first class amenities, lockers, solarium, sauna, and massage therapy.*

Kids club
Indoor and outdoor* play areas offer infants, toddlers and young children loads of supervised fun in a safe environment. A separate and enclosed infants (2 months to 1 year) soft play area reduces the risk of accidents to our youngest members. Organized activities provide fun and challenges for toddlers and young children together with traditional child minding activities such as craft bench, movies and more.
