Health Evaluations, Fitness Assessments and Program Reviews are regularly conducted free or charge as part of our exceptional service. Cardio Room: Nothing but the top of the range Nautilus cardio equipment is used featuring treadmills, stepmills, step masters, bikes, cross trainers, free runners, rowers and the innovative Tread Climbers that burn calories twice as fast. Enjoy your workout with all our cardio equipment conveniently positioned so that you can enjoy our cardio studio with fully equipped Sound System, TV entertainment, including free to air and Foxtel. Exercise has never been so easy, watch the time fly!!! Group Fitness Classes: Offering both Freestyle and Les Mills programs Genesis Fitness has a class that suits you. We offer Body Balance, Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Step, Body Attack, Body Jam, Body Vive, Yoga, Thump Boxing. Tummy-Hips-Thigs, Burlesque Beat, Preggie Bellies and Studio Cycle. Active Adults: We offer Active Adults classes for our members who are 50+ to enhance fitness and wellbeing. The classes include low impact and weight bearing exercises, suitable for males and females of any fitness level and great for rehabilitation. Active Adults develops stronger bones and muscles which improves balance. Kids Fit: Is a Free childrens program run for Primary School Children ages 6-13. The classes are run by a qualified Personal trainer for 45mins and these classes are run during the school term. This helps promote active children and beat child obesity in our younger generation.
