| Business Description The Contours System At Contours our exercise program takes just 29 minutes which allows even the busiest of women the opportunity to partake in a regular exercise program. Our workout consists of a combination of weight bearing equipment and cardiovascular exercise to improve strength, coordination, fitness and tone. This in combination with our proven weight loss system, can quickly help women reach their most personal goal. The Contours Difference Unlike that of our competitors our exciting system uses real weight bearing equipment designed specifically for women. Why women need weight training Your Contours Success Our program is designed to help you build on success. With each step, your motivation, self esteem and confidence will grow. When youre in control of your environment, your emotions and your behaviors you will also be in control of your weight.
