Group Fitness
The private group fitness studio is equipped with the latest sound equipment, professional grade sports floor and the added bonus of bush views! Our Club offers a diverse range of group fitness classes including the popular Les Mills programs BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyAttack, BodyJam and BodyBalance as well as Fitbox, Box n Burn, Pilates and Yoga for a healthy lifestyle, mind and body.

Indoor Cycling
Enjoy our regular indoor cycle classes in the dedicated cycling room. Have the ride of your life as our fitness instructors get you fired up for the perfect low impact workout for all fitness levels. Our bikes are ergonomically designed for your comfort. Classes are held throughout the week.

Specific Populations
Our gentle exercise classes are designed to get you started into exercise if you are new to exercise, pre or post-natal, or are looking for a class that suits the more mature person. Have fun while getting fit this class caters for different levels of fitness. Our Active Kids classes cater for children up to the age of 9 while Active Teens suit 9-16 year olds.

Personal Training
Need extra motivation to achieve your goals? Let our Personal Training department educate you in fitness and nutrition and guide you towards maximum results and FITNESS FOR LIFE. Having your own trainer work with you on a regular basis ensures variety, results and time just for you. You will reach higher in your health and fitness journey than you ever anticipated.
