Business DescriptionWe aim to motivate you, guide you and create an exercise program designed to meet your personal fitness goals.

We are personalised, professional and deliver effective health and fitness services for the community, our members and visitors.

Our experienced Trainers understand the importance of regular exercise and how it can help you look and feel better.

Flexible Membership Packages range from one month casual terms to either your choice of 6 month or 12 month plans.

The majority of our Memberships include Fitness Assessments and Lifestyle Programs which are designed for you by a Personal Trainer. The Lifestyle and Training Program can be reviewed every 6 weeks to ensure you are on track to achieving your goals. Your Trainer will show you how to use all of the Equipment appropriate to your health and fitness needs.

Over 30 Cardio Machines plus machine and free weight strength training equipment.
Group Fitness, Yoga and Pilates
Over 20 Group Fitness, Yoga and Pilates classes each week.
Appraisals, Boot Camp & Personal Training
Personal Training, tailored wellness appraisals & programs and Boot Camp courses.
Health Supplements and Nutritional Advice
You will be able to purchase a range of Sports and Supplement Drinks. Our Personal Trainers are qualified to provide Nutritional and Dietary guidance.
Your Virtual Trainer - Log and Track Your Progress!
Committed to tracking your levels of fitness?Most of our equipment is equiped with a Virtual Trainer. Log and track your weekly progress by downloading your training session results to your own personal USB device.

New Age Health and Fitness is located at Earlwood Bardwell Park RSL. You will find us at the rear of the EBP RSL Club, with convenient, direct entry. There is ample off street parking.
