| Business DescriptionOriginal Bootcamp North Sydney is located on the North Side of Sydney Harbour. We start our session looking at beautiful Sydney Harbour, Opera House and the Iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge; training at this location is really an amazing experience that should not be taken for granted. Location and scenery is unmatched, sure you can train on a beach anywhere but where else do you get views like this. LOCATION Original Bootcamp North Sydney, convenient, inspiring and fun. Our North Sydney program is positioned perfectly for locals and North Sydney workers alike, this 3 day per week program is the best way to start your day. Your training location is situated at one of the best perspectives in Sydney, with Sydney Harbour Bridge views it is an amazing experience every time you train. We have 4 parks to choose from including North Sydney Oval, Milsons Point, Anderson Park and Forsyth Park, with that much variety you cannot go wrong. INSTRUCTOR TEAM Original Bootcamp (as part of the Grunt Athletic Group) is the only civilian fitness program in the world that requires its instructors to pass an intensive fitness assessment, and maintain an elite level of fitness. They are re-assessed twice a year to ensure that they are maintaining the minimum requirement. Scott Anderson (Sergeant) Owner/ Lead Instructor: Scott Anderson has been involved with Bootcamp programs since early 2002 (6 years), his extensive experience in Military inspired programs give him the understanding that is required with running these challenging but fun sessions. Scott is a dedicated and passionate leader that inspires the best out of his recruits and instructors, utilizing motivational techniques and team work you will work harder and get the result you want when you attend Original Bootcamp Balmoral. Richard Lewis (Corporal) Support Instructor: Corporal Lewis draws on his experience of his Army Reserves, his personality and technique only adds to the program at North Sydney Since becoming a Personal Trainer 2 years ago Richard has help many clients achieve personal and professional goals. Supportive, Personable and First-Class are three words that I would use to describe this trainer Bart Byrs (Corporal) Support Instructor Corporal Brys has a back ground as a Physical Education teacher, this highly qualified instructor is an asset to our team. With Qualification in TRX, AUSTSWIM & Judo just to name some of the 27 skills that this truly exceptional instructor has to say Bart is qualified is an understatement With all his knowledge Bart approach to training is supportive yet strong and very challenging. The team working is fantastic, and my team mates really help to get that bit extra out, which is something I was not expecting - this makes the sessions much more enjoyable and productive than personal training sessions. The instructors also make a big difference, particularly Scott who runs the show - they are friendly, supportive and go the extra mile to help, whether it be taking you personally to the supermarket to choose the best food for a healthy diet or just helping to put together a really great exercise program outside of boot camp. I am pretty sure you would not get this kind of service elsewhere. I started because I was given a month's membership as a Christmas present, and was not really looking forward to it at all - I have stayed for over a year and I am sure I will be a regular for a while longer yet. Scott's unique ability to encourage and motivate (no yelling involved) has created a sense of team and made it fun to achieve your goals. Our Sarge is very motivational and an all round exceptional person. He knows everyone individually and always ensures there is a lot of variety in our training sessions. As a result Original Bootcamp Balmoral is always interesting as well as challenging. However the thing I love most is the great team environment and the fact that everyone can participate regardless of fitness level, as you will be placed in a group that is aligned to your needs. I have personally seen a great improvement in my fitness which I know I wouldnt have achieved without Sarge or Bootcamp! | ||
