Resistance training equipment and free weights are ergonomically designed to suit women in private, comfortable and luxurious surroundings.

Kids club
Indoor and outdoor* play areas offer infants, toddlers and young children loads of supervised fun in a safe environment. A separate and enclosed infants (2 months to 1 year) soft play area reduces the risk of accidents to our youngest members. Organized activities provide fun and challenges for toddlers and young children together with traditional child minding activities such as craft bench, movies and more.
