We understand that with today's busy lifestyle most women simply do not have hours to spend at the gym, but understand the need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. So, we provide a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere where all women regardless of their fitness level have the opportunity to take a little time for themselves.

Unlike that of our competitors our industry leading system uses real weight bearing equipment designed specifically for women.

We currently have some existing Franchise business opportunities in SA needing enthusiastic owners to take these businesses to the next level.

As a Contours Franchisee, you immediately benefit from comprehensive training, market analysis, sales and marketing support.
