How will my membership be paid.GymLink Australia will make arrangements directly with the gym to pay your monthly membership fees.
Terms & Conditions
Monthly draw to take place on the 1st of each month beginning March 2010. Entrants into the draw are those who have completed the registration page at www.gymlink.com.au/joined and entered all required details including, (i) full name, (ii) contact telephone number, (iii) email address (iv) name of gym and (v) membership number. Registrants who do not enter all the required information will not be entered into the monthly draw. If you are drawn as a winner, your details must be confirmed in writing from the gym prior to announcement. Prize winners will be announced in the monthly Healthy Lifestyle e-Newsletter. Winners will also be notified via the email address provided at registration. Winners have 28 days to claim their prize via reply email. GymLink agree to pay the winners gym membership via monthly direct debit and up to a maximum of $100 per month for a period of 12 months from a date to be arranged between GymLink and the gym, which will commence no longer than 28 days from the winners confirmation receipt. GymLink will only pay the monthly gym subscription fees and not any joining fees, enrolment fees, registration fees or similar. Winners remain under the terms and conditions of any contracts between themselves and the gym. Following the 12 month gym subscription paid by GymLink, winners are responsible for all further payments and or negotiations to continue their membership with the gym. No cash will be given out or offered to the winner as part or full payment for winning. GymLink cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries occurring as a result of your further participation in any form of exercise at any gym. One entry per person per gym. New gym members only. *By definition, ‘gym’ refers to a gym, health club, fitness centre, fitness studio, personal training studio, ladies only gym, men’s only gym, 24 hour gym, aquatic centre, council fitness facility, YMCA, PCYC or other private gym facility.
