Weight loss Challenge The Weight Loss Challenge, your 9 week transformation We've seen thousands of clients literally turn their lives around. Many have achieved their results, thanks to our Weight Loss Challenge. So, if fat loss is your goal, why not take the challenge - and lose weight fast? The 9 week Weight Loss Challenge combines personal training, nutritional advice and an incredible support team. This combination produces amazing body transformations - so incredible, that many of our 9 Week Weight Loss Challenge winners have featured in Women's Health and Men's Health magazines. You can compete for prizes in your local studio - or, across our entire network. You can run in age categories and overall categories for both men and women. There is also healthy competition between studios for the grand prizes in both male and female categories. Don't be put off by the idea of a competition - anyone can win (yes, even you!) It's not based on kilograms and centimetres lost - it's judged on the relative body shape change, how the challenge changes an individual's life and the obstacles they have had to overcome to commit to the 9 weeks. The Challenge runs twice a year. This is our promise to you: "If you commit to one of our training programs and agree to follow our guidance 100% (sorry - 99% won't do) and yet you still fail to reach your weight loss goal within the time agreed, we'll happily give you back your investment with us AND continue to offer you personal training and nutritional advice for free until the goal is reached."
