At Titan Fitness Coogee, we boast state of the art equipment, fully qualified and professional staff teaching the latest fitness classes, and Personal Trainers on hand to motivate you to meet your health and fitness goals.
We recognise that everybody has individual needs and everybody makes different choices to suit their ever-changing lives. Some people are self motivated to achieve certain goals. Others need support and inspiration to guide them through. Our goal here is to ensure our members get the most out of their membership.
Getting Started - Our friendly staff give all the information needed to get new Titan members off to a solid start. Qualified Personal Trainers offer to take you through a structured workout, covering the basic principles of exercise. We will also guide you through our Group Fitness Timetable which includes Les Mills classes, Total Body X-fit, Boxing, Zumba, Pilates, Hatha and Sivananda Yoga, and Spin.
Facilities
Our ground level is our cardio HUB! Everything from treadmills, cross trainers, and bikes to our dedicated Spin Studio - everything you need to get your heart rate revving is here! Our second level is better suited for those looking to tone up and shape up! This is where you'll find our impressive weights floor and our designated Total Body Xfit area (an area that should come with a Warning sign!). Lastly, if you're looking to sweat along with some friends or find your inner peace, the top floor is your place! Boasting a LARGE group fitness studio (with a priceless Coogee view), and our stretch and abs area...this is the perfect place to be any time of day!
