Southern Cross Online Magazine Facilities Health Zone Located on the upper level of the Club, it caters for all levels of fitness and strength. There is an extensive range of machine and free weights, as well as cardiovascular equipment, stretching area and fitballs. Women Zone Located on the lower level of the Club, all ladies have the opportunity to exercise in the privacy of a female only area. A wide selection of equipment is available in a comfortable environment. Perfect for the beginners and those who prefer to workout with other women. Fitness Zone Located on the lower level, the Fitness Zone incorporates all of the latest technology in electronic fitness equipment. Watch TV and listen to your favourite music while you workout on one of our bikes, treadmills, X-trainers, rowers, steppers or cardio climbers. Group Activity Zone We offer the widest variety of group activity classes in the ACT and we are the only health club in Canberra to offer SGT. Being Canberra�s #1 freestyle aerobics centre each class you attend will be dynamic, unique and adjusted to suit your needs. Exclusive to Southern Cross Health Club, this program took over 12 months to research, develop and implement. Membership numbers are limited due to the large amount of personal contact you receive and the results of the program are truly amazing. Nutritional advice, cardiovascular training, strength training, weight loss accelerators and motivators are all components of this program. For more click here Guardian Program If you wish to improve your general fitness, strength, rehabilitation, flexibility or any combination of the above, this program is for you. It includes lifestyle consultations and personalised programs from your own trainer to help you achieve your goal and make the most of your workout time. Look good & feel great! Full Access If you are an experienced exerciser who would like to do it all yourself, you can! This membership includes unlimited access at any time. Off Peak / Student If you would like to enjoy the benefits of the Guardian Program, save some money and you are a full time student or wish to exercise outside peak times, then this is for you. Unlimited access outside the hours of 4.00pm � 7.30pm / Monday - Thursday. Seniors If you would like to enjoy the benefits of the Guardian Program and you have a Seniors Card, why pay full price? Unlimited access weekends and 7.30am � 12 noon weekdays. All of our memberships include access to the aerobic,circuit and cycling classes. | ||
