This enables you to feel good about yourself in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere as you work to improve or maintain your general health.

SERVICES

Personal Training
You may have a goal you need to achieve quicker or just need that extra push, with one on one personal training with one of our fully qualified trainers we will be able to get you there.
A session can consist of anything from boxing, cardio, weights or even a nutritional chat, but it is your session and you tell us what you need. Let us help you to achieve it.

Fitness Assesments & Programs
All our memberships offer ongoing fitness assessments and programs throughout the life of the membership. When you begin with us one of our trainers will assess your current fitness levels and design a program to help you to achieve or maintain the level you are wanting. Your measurements and weight can be recorded if you choose too.

With ongoing assessments and programs this will help to change things around so that you don't get bored with your program and find yourself losing motivation.

Mixed Gym
Our gym provides a comprehensive amount of resistance training machines and free weights. Mixed gym area feature state of the art equipment, the latest exercise techniques and a high level of personalized service from our fully qualified trainers.

Ladies Only Area
Our ladies only section has been designed to cater for all ages and fitness levels. This fully equipped gym has state of the art equipment which includes weights and cardio equipment, while offering the privacy you would like in a separate closed off area. The Ladies section has TVs and audio installed to provide a relaxed and refreshing environment.

Aerobics Room
Enjoy the exhilaration of an Aerobic workout on our specially designed cushioned floor. We offer a vast range of classes to suit every fitness level and experience. Classes include pilates, yoga, body pump, boxing, THT, step, circuit and much more.
Casual members are welcome to all our classes.

Studio Cycle
Studio Cycle classes are as different and varied as the instructors taking the class. With this in mind, our philosophy is to offer classes to suit all fitness levels and tastes. It is a great cardio work out with special emphasis on the lower body.

Boot Camp
Boot camp is a structured 6 week program with 18 sessions aimed at fast tracking fitness and weight loss results. As the name Boot Camp suggests, the 6 weeks is intended to be mentally and physically challenging. However, the main aim of the program is to enhance participant motivation and drive through the results based exercise. Cadets should leave Boot Camp feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and pumped!

Child Minding
Our child minding facility is a fully supervised safe environment for you to leave your children while you train. Our centre not only minds your children but also offers stimulating activities which promote development and wellbeing for the whole family. Children between 6 weeks to 6 years old welcome.
Our child minding is available Monday to Friday and bookings are essential.

Sitting Area
The sitting area is a perfect way to sit and relax before and after a session. Tea & coffee are available for members use and free of charge. This area is a nice and clean environment to have a chat or even read a magazine.
