The newly renovated and spacious health club at Morley Sport & Recreation Centre hosts a large Functional Training area, a wide range of cardio-vascular and free weights equipment, pin loaded & hydraulic machines and along with an excellent range of group fitness classes can assist you in looking and feeling great. For those that may need something new, exciting and highly motivational, why not try our Functional Training group training sessions (Sanity program) or our Bootcamp Raw. Held both indoors and outdoors for 30 and 60 minutes respectively, these popular group sessions give great variety to your fitness training program. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Sanity and Bootcamp Raw can condition your entire body and mind.
Our qualified and experienced Personal Trainers can provide with that extra motivation and keep you focused and committed longer, resulting in you achieving your goals sooner. Whether you are trying to lose weight, improve muscle tone, gain aerobic fitness or just feel happier, our instructors will make sure that you are exercising safely and getting the most out of every workout.
With 55 group fitness classes per week (including Pilates), we cater for the young, the young at heart, the fit and the unfit, so regardless of your age or fitness levels we have a class for you.
Morley Sport & Recreation Centre takes pride in the wide selection of specialised exercise programs we offer for the able and disabled, children, teenagers, adults & seniors.
Teen Fit - is a program designed for participation of teens aged between 11-17 yrs. With the help of one of our qualified instructors, they participate in a range of modified group fitness, group training (Bootcamp style) and gym classes. Teen Fit is designed to be affordable and to ensure that teens are exercising in a safe and effective way to maximise results. It is a great way to make friends, and most importantly, have fun.
We offer both beginner and intermediate Pilates. Our instructors have one thing in mind, to provide their clients with the highest quality Pilates classes, in a safe, educational, friendly and motivating environment. For every centimetre of inaccuracy, you decrease the effectiveness of a Pilates exercise by 40%. Based on this premise, our instructors will have a hands on approach to ensure you receive maximum results from our class.
Designed by Council of the Ageing, the Living Longer Living Stronger program is a favourite amongst our active over 50`s. Living Longer Living Stronger is a supervised progressive strength training program held within the health club. We also hold Fit Y`s classes twice a week which contain a mixture of circuit and aerobic exercises for seniors. Both programs also have regular social outings.
