Our aim at Morley Sport & Recreation Centre is to ensure that every visit to our health club is both a fulfilling and pleasurable experience. With flexible and affordable membership options, we know that MSRC is the centre for YOU!
The newly renovated and spacious health club at Morley Sport & Recreation Centre hosts a fantastic range of cardio-vascular & free weights equipment, pin loaded & hydraulic machines and along with an excellent range of group fitness classes can assist you in looking and feeling great.
Our qualified and experienced Personal Trainers can provide with that extra motivation and keep you focused and committed longer, resulting in you achieving your goals sooner. Whether you�re trying to lose weight, improve muscle tone, gain aerobic fitness or just feel happier, our instructors will make sure that you are exercising safely yet making the most out of every workout.
With over 30 group fitness classes per week (including Pilates), we cater for the young, the young at heart, the fit and the unfit, so regardless of your age or fitness levels we have a class for you.
Morley Sport & Recreation Centre takes pride in the wide selection of specialised exercise programs we offer for the able and disabled, children, teenagers, adults & seniors.
Teen Fit - is a program designed for participation of teens aged between 11-17 yrs. With the help of one of our qualified instructors, they participate in a range of modified group fitness classes and circuit sessions. Teen Fit is designed to be affordable and to ensure that teens are exercising in a safe and effective way to maximise results as well as making friends and most importantly have fun.
We also offer both beginners and intermediates Pilate classes. Our instructors have one thing in mind, to provide their clients with the highest quality Pilate classes, in a safe, educational, friendly and motivating environment. For every centimetre of inaccuracy, you decrease the effectiveness of a Pilate exercise by 40%. Based on this premise, our instructors will have a �hands on� approach to ensure you receive maximum results from our class.
Designed by Council of the Ageing, the Living Longer Living Stronger program is quickly becoming a favourite amongst our active over 50`s. Living Longer Living Stronger is a supervised progressive strength training program held within the health club. We also hold Fit Y`s classes twice a week which contain a mixture of circuit and aerobic exercises for seniors. Both programs also have regular social outings.
And for those that may be lacking motivation or need something new and exciting, why not try our Boot Camp program. Get ready for summer with this fantastic outdoor fitness training program. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels Boot Camp can condition your entire body and mind.
