| Business Description Millennium Health Club is located in Charmhaven, directly opposite Charmhaven railway station. The club provides a friendly, professional atmosphere for all fitness levels with our main aim of ensuring all your workouts are FUN ! Millennium is unique in the quality of services and facilities we offer. No other club on the North Shore offers the variety of facilities or the level of service we do, which ensures you will always maintain your motivation.We like to keep it as simple as possible, as exercise should be a part of your regular lifestyle not the be all and end all. Starting a program at Millennium includes a full comprehensive fitness assessment completed by one of our qualified instructors. The instructor will develop a personalised program for you and will then explain the correct technique for your exercises and how to utilise all equipment. Cardio Equipment Our cardio area is fully equipped with state of the art Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Rowers, Summit Trainers and Bikes. Our Cardio machines come with the latest LCD integrated television for your viewing pleasure, with Foxtel and free to air channels for your convenience. Watch your favourite program or listen to your favourite radio station while you burn those calories. Weights Includes an extensive range from leading manufacturers Hammer Strength and Calgym. Our weight machine area included pin-loaded and plate loaded machines with a dedicated free weights area. Our technical instructors will develop and monitor a personal program and provide you with the guidance on how to correctly use all equipment and ensure you are using the correct technique for maximum results. Personal Training Personal Training is an integral part of our programming at Millenium. Why? Because it achieves results! Millenium personal trainers are committed professionals who are experienced in all areas of exercise programming regardless of your level of fitness.
