Health Club
Qualified and professional staff actively supervise the Gym at all times, 7 days a week! Our staff are here to help you reach your goals by providing assistance with your program, assessments and general inquiries. With a fantastic range of cardio equipment, free and machine weights as well as stretching area makes our gym an all round resource for you.
Group Exercise

With the children being looked after by our qualified and professional staff there are no excuses for you not to enjoy your time at our centre. Our creche operates from 9am to 12pm Monday to Friday and bookings can be taken by phone.
