In terms of group fitness classes available these range from Easy Start, helping those new to the gym get fitter and stronger faster, to the spicy Latin ZUMBA cardio sensation so you really are spoiled for choice and will undoubtedly find the right class for you. We also have exhilarating Spin classes and the popular Les Mills class range, with classes spread throughout the day so that those with a busy lifestyle do not miss out. If you are struggling to find the time to exercise because of the kids Lifestyle's Free Creche is offered to give you peace of mind while you exercise, knowing that your children are in a safe and stimulating environment. Our program caters for children from eight weeks to 12 years of age and allows your children to experience art, craft, construction, sensory, language and gross-motor activities.
