One On One - Personal Training
If you're looking for even quicker results or extra motivation, you may wish to take up a Personal Training program. Half hour or 1 hour with your favourite trainer and have the workout of your life! Having your own personal trainer helps you maximise your results, makes your workout more time efficient, adds variety, motivation and ensures correct technique.
Cardio
We have a variety of cardio equipment available varying from treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers, steppers and more.
Bike Studio
Experience cycling indoors in a non traffic environment (much safer!). Where motivational music takes you on a journey, from flat roads to the highest mountains.
Aerobic Room
All members have full use of all group classes held at Health & Fitness World including Body Combat, Pump, Step, Attack, Jam , Pilates and Yoga and these classes are designed for all fitness levels.

Health & Fitness World offer over 45 classes per week and members have full use of them all.
Child Care
Childcare is available to children of all ages and there are lots of exciting game and activities for them to do.
