Welcome to Fresh Start Health & Fitness Centre
We are the Northern Beaches' leading edge fitness facility with our modern approach to health and fitness. We are a local family owned and operated gym providing both traditional and unique training programs including our Gravity Classes and our award winning Weight Loss Challenge program.
Fresh Start Narrabeen offers highly qualified personal trainers to help you focus your training in a way that will maximise your results. All new members get access to a trainer upon joining for a club orientation where you are shown how all the equipment works and point you in the right direction on what training you should focus your attention on. Fresh Start also offers group exercise classes focused on function rather than fad and include classes such as Spin, Pilates, Yoga, GRAVITY, freeFORM, Circuit, Boxing and more. Members can also take part in our premium outdoor CrossFit Conditioning program Coming June 2011*.
Fresh Start Narrabeen offers child-minding services as well as a Fit Kids and Fit Teens program so there is something here for the entire family!
