Rocco Sorace is a well-renowned Pilates & lifestyle trainer who lives and breathes every element that a holistic lifestyle with 10 years of experience in the fitness industry has produced a range of healthy lifestyle books as well as featured in numerous fitness DVDs. He is actively involved in the education of fitness leaders in Australia and Norway.
