Ambitionz Health and Fitness - Rockhampton's BEST Health and Fitness centre is conveniently located on Little Musgrave Street (Opposite Super Cheap Auto).
The club features a range of options to cater for all ages, levels of fitness and time constraints.
We have both a Mixed Area, as well as a Ladies Only workout area with an extensive range of Cardio and Resistance Equipment.
Our Child Care facility enables you to enjoy a workout whilst having qualified staff look after your children in a clean and fun environment. Our creche runs hourly sessions from 9:30-11:30 am and 4:30-6:30pm Monday to Friday.
