Active Aussies Head Trainer and owner, Cat Gallaher, has spent her life running, swimming and playing any sport she can. Active Aussies unique brand of Outdoor Group Fitness is fun and positive. Active Aussies integrates elements of weight training with Kettlebells along with a varied high intensity cardio workout. Active Aussies will work on your strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility, power, speed, accuracy, balance, coordination, and agility. All sessions start off with prehab to get your body in the mood, followed by a strength workout. Then finish off with a metabolic conditioning circuit, to burn a heap of calories and help build a lean, toned look.
At Active Aussies, we will motivate and encourage each participant to reach their own personal best. Each session is designed to cater to all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels - you are never too old or unfit!
Each Active Aussies Group Fitness member will receive the following:

Mobile Personal Training
Active Aussies offers Personal Training for individuals or small private groups. The training you receive is fully customised to the individual client and our trainers will have you reaching your goals -no matter what they are!
All Active Aussies Personal Trainers are fully qualified and registered with Fitness Australia. We pride ourselves on our professional and friendly approach to fitness. We'll take you through the entire process - whether you are starting an exercise program for the first time or an elite athlete training to increase your performance.
Each Personal Training session lasts for 1hour and includes a warm up, warm down and an optional massage at the end.
